“Grain Traders, a restaurant that aims to feed people right, wanted to hint at the layered stories behind its cuisine and fresh ingredients. The key inspiration for Grain Traders’ visual and spatial universe came from Anthony Bourdain’s food trips in the Bronx and Queens, as well as flour sacks from the Midwest, and old Puerto Rican posters. Parable created a universe of more than 40 applications that can be applied across the various customer touchpoints.”
