London studio hat-trick design created the wayfinding system for the Stockwell Park housing estate based on a modular system of tiles that could be adapted to the wide variety of buildings and surfaces within the estate. The signs needed to give clear and simple direction to visitors and residents alike, but also needed to help the housing development feel welcoming and accessible. Hat-trick worked with local artists and designers to fashion a bespoke palette of patterns inspired by local history, culture and architecture, which gives the wayfinding system a balance of both functionality and personality.
