To create excitement about Time's Person Of The Year issue, we created a 22-story, live, interactive billboard in Times Square. Photographers roamed the streets snapping images of pedestrians. Moments later, their faces were beamed up to the massive, electronic billboard featuring the Time cover, and intercut with actual Person Of The Year candidates. People could also submit their faces through a Web site, and view and share a snapshot of their fifteen seconds of fame.
