"Skittles has a core following of fans who look forward to the brand's next commercial. This interactive site let people build their own Skittles holiday commercial by choosing dialogue, music, characters, setting and their choice of a 'Skittles Miracle.' There were more than 700 video clips to choose from, which amounted to over 17 minutes of video in total. In just three weeks, 450,000 people visited the site, 42,237 people created their own Skittles commercial, 5,749 people shared their commercial on social media and 139 bloggers wrote about the site. But just as rewarding was seeing some of the creative ways that people used our video 'toolkit' to make Skittles spots that we had never even thought of."
