"Maharam, a leading textile resource for architects and interior designers, asked us to design a tool assisting its sales staff with their daily tasks in the field. In response, we created a suite of tools collectively known as 'Bruce.' The Business Tool summarizes a sales representative's performance, displaying trends, current orders, and expenses. It allows a rep to review client-specific information, providing insight into ongoing projects and product needs. Reps present physical samples to their clients, but it's impossible to have every product on hand. The Product Tool makes high-resolution images of all products accessible, along with detailed performance specifications, making for dynamic client interactions. Finally, the app's Presentation Tool enables representatives to deliver complex messages about the company with confidence. Both a handy workhorse and a streamlined visual showcase, Bruce provides a powerful new platform for Maharam to connect with clients, facilitate product awareness, increase productivity, and boost sales."
