"Celery created this booklet for a sustainable design workshop that the studio did for Camper Shoes in Mallorca, Spain. We led Camper's design and production teams through a series of exercises to map the system of materials, energy flows, and user experiences associated with the shoes. The workshop participants then used this 'system map' for inspiration during collaborative design sessions. The booklet helps to guide the exercises and frame the challenge of sustainable design in very broad terms. Booklet signatures are bound with loop staples, held together by knotted shoe strings," said co-creative director Brian Dougherty.
